1. About Sharing Housing
Sharing Housing, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that teaches adults how to find compatible housemates through books, online classes, a blog, and other educational resources. Nothing on this Site should be understood as legal, financial, or professional advice; our materials are educational in nature.

Through the Site, we offer:
- Physical books and a bundled resource kit
- A downloadable digital resource, The Real Scoop—Housemate Stories You Need to Know
- Online classes, including Discovering Shared Housing and Sharing Housing 101
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through our online checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Online Classes
Registration for an online class reserves your place in that session. Class dates, times, and formats are as described on the registration page. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances; if we cancel a class, registered participants will receive a full refund.

5. Digital Products
Downloadable products, including The Real Scoop—Real Housemate Stories You Need to Know, are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any digital content without our written permission.

All content on the Site — including text, book excerpts, class materials, graphics, worksheets, videos and logos — is the property of Sharing Housing, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
